Should you wish to return a product, kindly establish contact with our office, so that we can establish the best and most affordable option for your return. Generally, if you live in a 50 km radius we will collect on your behalf.

Renaissance Music Instruments offers a 14-day full money back guarantee on all its products. So, if you are not entirely happy with your instrument(s) purchase, kindly return it for a full refund.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Renaissance Music Instruments offers a full  24-month warranty on all its instruments.
 So, if you  run into mechanical. soldering or joint issues on your instrument, not as a result of neglect or other damages, we will repair free of charge, provided it is still within the warranty that accompanies the instrument.

How do I track my order?

 

We will keep customers informed through the entire ordering process until instrument(s) are safely delivered to you.
