Shipping Stage:
- Goods are shipped from our outsourced partners, and the shipping duration is approximately 30-45 days.
Quality Assessment & Service Activation:
- Instruments undergo a thorough check by our Quality Control team to ensure our customers receive only the best quality products.
- Service activation involves washing, disinfecting, and polishing to remove factory residues and impurities.
- Instruments are fully serviced, lubricated, and prepared for optimal performance.
Delivery Stage:
- At this stage the final 25% of balance is due.
- Instruments can be collected or delivered via courier nationally across South Africa, Africa, or internationally for an agreed fee.
